Who we are.

Hopeful Hearts Pathways is a dedicated team of experienced therapists and counselors passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. With a commitment to compassion, empathy, and evidence-based practices, we strive to create a safe and inclusive space for individuals and families seeking support.

We are proud to be nationally accredited by CARF (the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) and licensed as an Outpatient Mental Health Center (OMHC) in Maryland — a reflection of our ongoing commitment to quality, safety, and person-centered care.

Our mission

To make compassionate, whole-person mental health care accessible to every community we serve.

We believe healing happens in relationship — with clinicians who listen, with treatment plans that honor your goals, and with a practice that meets you where you are.
